Esha’s entrepreneurial journey began when she decided to leave her successful career at LinkedIn to pursue her dream of spreading joy through thoughtful gifting, all while expecting her second child. Esha founded Lavish Giftz, a heartfelt venture born out of her passion for creating meaningful moments and bringing smiles to people’s lives.

Having worked across international markets and led impactful global initiatives, Esha’s transition into entrepreneurship was driven by her desire to build something meaningful. Despite the challenges of starting a self-funded business while preparing for motherhood, she poured her creativity, determination, and resilience into building Lavish Giftz from her home in Bangalore. Esha’s inspiration stems from a simple yet profound belief: every woman deserves to feel special.
